Journal Response, Assignment 3
This journal response reading refers to the article named "The Game Production Pipeline: Concept to Completion." This one was an interesting read because it really lays out the entire process of what goes on before, during, and after-game productivity. What seems to be the hardest part for me is phase 2 known as the pre-production phase. The blueprint of where the game is heading is created in this phase and must be as perfect as it possibly can be to make the game the best it could ever be. My favorite phase would be the concept phase where a group of people working with you or by yourself brainstorms many ideas for the game creation. This is ranging from the main player's model, who are they and what is their story, who is accompanying them? This is the fun part of the game creation because we begin to know what we attract the most when it comes to our brain and creativity in what we love.
