Ui Design Concept


This is the Ui design concept draft I made for the game known as EN-VISIONED. 

1. The first concept that is in most cases required in games to be shown is the health bar on the bottom left. I decided the health bar to be presented as an image rather than a number.  The more filled in the red cross is the more hp the player has. The less it has the less hp the player will be aware he is close to dying. 

2. The 2nd concept in my UI is the teleporting meter when the player is seeing his younger self in the mirror. The game is about revisiting his childhood for the first time after staying in a coma for so long. So the meter shows how long it will take before the teleportation is complete and the player is on the other side of the mirror. 

3. The last UI concept is the stars that would be rotating in the game when the teleportation begins to make it pop and involve more feel in the game when the player is beginning the teleportation. These effects will make the game look cleaner and make the player aware they accepted to teleport instead of relying on only the meter on the bottom left.
